Top 7 Tips for Taking Medication While Traveling
Taking medication can be a challenge. Even at home, we need our rituals to get the pills down. For me, it was cancer medication. I had to take 10 pills every morning on a trip to Italy and another trip to the Bahamas; further, even though the protocol and meds changed, my trip to Spain still saw me taking meds every morning and even at night. So I have some experience and it does involve some forethought. Here are my top 7 tips for handling your medication protocol while on a

Navigating My Health Journey: An Update on Recent Treatment Plans
Well, there is no treatment right now. Due to side-effects that were unbearable, I stopped taking everything. We also opted for the drink and wifi packages onboard Celebrity Equinox, making the cruise all in about 4500

In August 2025, we booked a trip to Italy with Globus. The tour was the Italian Tapestry, which took us from Venice down through Florence, Siena, Rome, and ended in Sorrento. It was a whirlwind 9 day trip, where we got to see a lot and truly did enjoy a tapestry of experiences, including: riding in a gondola through the canals of Venice tasting balsamic vinegar in Modena seeing the David and other works of Michaelangelo in Florence a tour of the Jewish ghetto in Rome, where w
